Sisters in Public Health

scholarship

Sisters in Public Health is excited to announce three $1,000 scholarships to be awarded in August 2025 for 2025-2026 school year.  


Bourda Scholarship

Eligibility criteria: 

· Public Health student in a Bachelor program 

· Completed at least 1st year of program  

· Basic membership status 

· Full-time student

· Identifies as a woman in public health

· Attends school in the United States

· 3.0 cumulative GPA


Frazier Fund 

Eligibility criteria: 

· Public Health student in a Masters program 

· Completed at least 1 term 

· Basic membership status 

· Part-time or full-time student

· Identifies as a woman in public health

· Attends school in the United States

· 3.0 cumulative GPA


Lockett Award 

Eligibility criteria: 

· Public Health student in a Doctorate program 

· Completed at least 1 term 

· Basic membership status 

· Part-time or full-time student

· Identifies as a woman in public health

· Attends school in the United States

· 3.0 cumulative GPA



Scholarship timeline: 

February 18: Informational Session #1

February 19: Informational Session #2

February 20: Informational Session #3

March 3: Scholarship opens

June 22: Scholarship deadline (11:59pm PST)

July 21: Scholarship winner notified 

July 28: Scholarship winner must accept by (11:59pm PST)

August 1-8: Scholarship awarded & announced
